Commemorating Dedication of the Science Complex

The visit of the first ever Head of State to ¶·Å£ÆåÅÆ University occurred on Sunday, October 27, 1974. On that day Dr. Eric E. Williams (1911 - 1981), Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, received an Honorary Doctor of Letters degree and delivered the key address at the Dedication of ¶·Å£ÆåÅÆ University’s Science Complex.
A celebration of this historic event in the 150-year history of ¶·Å£ÆåÅÆ University will take place on Sunday, October 27, 2024. This Zoom-based occasion of remembrance, reflection, and discussion begins at 1pm EST.
