Madagascar Study Tour Info Session

Please join us on Thursday, Feb. 13, at 10 a.m. for an info session at Buller Hall 208 if you are interested in our study tour going to Madagascar. If you can’t attend this meeting, fill out the form on our tour page here. We will provide more information about the tour and will have time for questions. There will also be forms for you to start filling out. For those of you who are online, please make sure you have filled out our form online so we can send the forms via email.

About the Tour

The Community & International Development Program, Social Work and the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship are making plans for a tour to Madagascar in the summer of 2025. You will have the opportunity to see socio-economic problems and design and implement innovative solutions through humanitarian relief and development projects. NOTE: This tour is available to all ¶·Å£ÆåÅÆ students, both undergraduate and graduate.

Tour Dates: May 12–June 2, 2025 (tentative dates)

Tentative Costs:

  • $9,810: Undergraduate student
  • $8,790: Graduate student
  • $3,900: Community

Tentative Breakdown:

  • Graduate students: (six credits of program tuition + general fee + tour fee)
  • Undergraduate students: (six credits of full tuition + general fee + $700 tour fee)
