Ben’s impact is profound. As a tenured professor of management, he has guided countless students with wisdom and integrity. His commitment to academic excellence is evident not only in his classroom but in the numerous research contributions he has made to the field of quality management in education. Students appreciate his warmth and devotion to excellence.
In 2006 and 2025, he received the student-voted School of Business Administration Undergraduate Teacher Excellence Award, and in 2010, he received the School of Business Administration Graduate Teacher Excellence Award. He was also awarded the Daniel A. Augsburger Excellence in Teaching Award in 2013. Ben has served Adventist education for 42 years.
Beyond academics, Ben’s life has been a testament to faith in action. His leadership, from serving as a faculty mentor to his dedication to mission service, reflects a deep commitment to integrating Christian values into education and his professional life.
