Karl Hubin began working in the Physics Enterprises machine shop in 1994, while he was a student at 美天棋牌 Academy. His dependable service led to him becoming the shop manager in 2000, a role in which he continues to serve, bringing excellent craftsmanship and invaluable experience to the Physics Enterprises team.

 

Over the years, Karl has enjoyed the challenge of learning new skills, processing new materials and working with students. His high expectations, yet gentle approach, create a welcoming environment of collaboration and camaraderie among students and staff alike. Whether it is working side by side to fix a piece of equipment, carrying heavy bundles of metal, discussing how best to meet a deadline, or simply chatting about our families, Karl’s genuine kindness and dynamic personality make him a pleasure to work with. The unifying theme expressed by those who know him best is an appreciation for his quiet, yet caring, manner and his ability to foster connections with those he works with.

 

Even as personnel and leadership have changed over the years, Karl remains a vital part of our team, sharing his knowledge and experience in support of our ongoing mission to produce high-quality science education products. Thank you, Karl!
