In the coming night the presentations all occur from 7:00-8:00 p.m. starting right on time. The topics for coming evenings are as follows: Friday, April 4  -- Revelation's Judgment Hour -- What is the heavenly judgment, when does it occur and how can I be sure to pass the test? Saturday, April 5 -- Revelation's Antichrist Agenda -- What is the antichrist trying to do to draw us away from God and how can we withstand the temptationl? Sunday, April 6 -- Revelation's Sign of Allegiance -- What is God calling me to do in these last days to show my true colors as a Christian? Wednesday, April 9 -- Revelation's Antichrist Attack -- The antichrist undercuts the instructions of God's Word. We should not be ignorant of his designs. Besides these interesting illustrated prophecy lectures by Pastor Tom Shepherd, PhD, each night an informative presentation on archeology of the Bible is presented by archeologist, Dr. Michael Orellana, PhD. Pastor Shepherd continues his series on Prayers and Praises in Daniel and Revelation. His sermon this Sabbath from Revelation 6 is titled "Justice in the End." The world is filled with injustice. We wonder when things will ever be set right. Sat, Apr 05, 2025 03:00 pm -0400 AU Choirs Spring Concert: Paradise Promised /agenda/65255 This Saturday night at 8:30 p.m. in the Howard Performing Arts Center, the choirs of the �� University Department of Music present “Paradise Promised” featuring the �� University Singers and Chorale in collaboration with musicians from the �� University Symphony Orchestra. Through masterfully composed repertoire, nature and mankind express praise and gratitude for God’s creation and provision for His plan of salvation.  Included in the program is “Tree of Peace” by Gwyneth Walker, “Gloria Dios” by Ariel Ramirez, “A New Jerusalem Arise” by Kyle Pederson, “Sinner, Don’t Let the Harvest Pass You By” by Richard Shaffer, and “Christ lag in Todesbanden” (Christ lay in death’s bonds) by Johann Sebastian Bach. Bach’s moving piece by rejoices in Jesus’ resurrection from the tomb assuring our salvation!  A special feature of the concert is the performance of “We Must Tell”, a world premier by University Chorale member and composer, Jaelah Simons.       �� University Singers Conductor: Stephen Zork The �� University Singers is the select choir of the Department of Music and represents �� University locally, nationally and abroad through concert tours, television broadcast and audio recordings.
