Seeds of the Spirit
Our Giving Day Goal: $10,000
At the School of Architecture and Interior Design (SAID), we believe that when you give, you always harvest more than you sow.
This Giving Day, we are rallying support for the Flourish Garden, a resiliency hub in Benton Harbor dedicated to environmental sustainability, food sovereignty, and economic empowerment.
Students from ARCH 522_Impact Studio are designing and building a stand-alone educational kitchen for processing fresh produce while transforming the site into a child-friendly learning space where kids can explore healthy food systems.
This Giving Day, we aim to raise $10,000 to:
- Install a children-oriented garden fence
- Build a rainwater harvesting tower and irrigation system
- Create educational water features and a Garden Entry Arch
Your gift will also help leverage additional funding for future projects, including a greenhouse for sustainable living and support for empowerment camps like Outside the Lines Camp and Renaissance Kids Architecture Camp.
Join us in transforming communities—give today and help Benton Harbor Flourish!
